Contact customer service to inquire about account requirements

  1. Go to the add plant page and search for the plant by name.
  2. If it does not appear, ensure that the type is set to plant in the asset management web application.
  3. If the plant is properly set up and still does not appear, then contact a system administrator for access.

Make sure you have permitted the app to access the camera.
